• Magnesium salts soothe muscles, relieve tired feet and is a natural stress reliever. One of the body's most important minerals, a soak is a quick and effective way for magnesium to be absorbed through the body.
• Lavender is highly regarded for its anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties, and may relax and soothe the skin, pain, anxiety and stress.
• Neroli, Bergamot and Ylang Ylang have antidepressant and sedative properties, and may lift the mood, guard against insomnia and soothe the nerves.
