Flower Power is a unique necklace made of new and re-purposed buttons. The necklace is predominantly red with a mix of floral wooden buttons. There is a slightly Japanese feel to this necklace - the white, black and red patterns remind me of their pretty fabrics. All the buttons have been carefully selected to produce a necklace that is a bold, beautiful and very versatile. If you love beautiful buttons or enjoy wearing something a bit out of the ordinary, this piece is for you.
The necklace is very light, comfortable to wear and the buttons go right around to the clasp. It has been made using a double strand of craft wire for extra durability, and finished with a gold toggle clasp that is easy to manipulate. All button jewelry is designed and handmade with care and is ready to ship. Wherever possible, recycled buttons are incorporated into the jewelry to create a unique statement piece.
