A blue breasted male sunbird sits on a fruiting pineapple along with a female bird perched atop the fruit as a look out. Soft, flowing watercolours are outlined by intricate linework that leads the eye through the piece. The gentle abstract whimsy of "Pina Sunbirds" is further accentuated by delicate touches of metalic gold acrylic paint.
