Featuring beautiful Tasmanian Blackwood, this routed pen box and photo frame set has been carefully crafted from solid, premium grade, speciality timber. The body of the box and the photo frame are routed from solid timber and the finely shaped box lid is attached with high quality, concealed brass hinges.
The interior of each piece is attentively hand sanded before the exterior is linished in a graded process to create a nice, smooth finish. Protected with several coats of air sprayed, premium clear lacquer, the lovely natural colour of
the timber is retained. The interior bottom of the box is lined with black wool felt, sourced from an Australian manufacturer, located in Melbourne.
This pen box design features a removable insert handmade from a Tasmanian Pine that can be used separately as a pen tray, leaving the box free to store other items like keepsakes or flashdrives etc. Paired with a lovely rounded photo frame that's ideal for displaying a favourite photo, this set is an attractive yet functional addition to any desktop.
