Tallow is an ancient skincare ingredient abundant in nutrients and essential fatty acids including omega 3’s and vitamins A, E, D, K, B12. Tallow is biologically similar to ‘sebum’ our skin's natural oil which is why our skin uses tallow so effectively and moisturises deeply. 

Magnesium calms the nervous system allowing the body to rest and restore, improving sleep and relieving stress. Magnesium assists over 300 metabolic functions, including the absorption of vitamin D. Most people today are deficient in magnesium so this is a great cream for daily use to raise magnesium levels.
