The detailed tutorial (with step by step instructions and colour photographs) will show you how to make one of these adorable ruffle skirts, with four tiers of gorgeous ruffles and an adjustable elastic waistband (option included for standard elastic waist).

Basic sewing skills required. Pattern support is available via email if required.
FORMAT: Hard copy / paper (no printing required) This pattern comes packaged in an A5 size (5.8 x 8.2in) clear cellophane bag (see image 1). The pattern instructions are printed on A4 / letter size paper.
