It has a generous juice groove on one side that is ope on one end for easy drainage. The other side is smooth so both can be used if you desire.
If you would like rubber feet on the plain side please let me know - there's no additional cost for them to be fitted prior to shipping.

Boards like this have many parts to the process of manufacture and getting them to be unique adds to that further.
For this one there were 4 separate glue ups with cutting and/or machining in between.
Once the final round was cured, it was then careful thicknessed to be flat, and trimmed to size.
The juice groove is added with a CNC router for precision and safety.
Then it was sanded to 400 grit and finished with my custom blend of wax and oils.
This blend is left for minimum 24 hours to absorb before being buffed back.
