It has a generous juice groove on one side and is plain on the other.

Boards like this have many parts to the process of manufacture and getting them to be unique adds to that further.
For this one there were 3 separate glue ups with cutting and/or machining in between.
Once the final round was cured, it was then careful thicknessed to be flat, and trimmed to size.
The juice groove is added with a CNC router for precision and safety.
Then it was sanded to 320 grit and finished with my custom blend of wax and oils.
This blend is left for minimum 24 hours to absorb before being buffed back.
