Tasmanian Blackwood Joinery Box
This is the largest size we make in our treasure box design. Crafted with care from beautiful Tasmanian Blackwood with a lid featuring stunning Fiddleback figure. Our treasure box design features fine finger-joints that are created by individual saw cuts to produce each finger and groove. The interior of each box is attentively hand sanded before the box is linished in a graded process to create a smooth, pleasant to touch, finish. Air spraying with several coats of premium clear lacquer provide protection while retaining the lovely natural colour of the timber. The solid timber lid is attached with quality concealed brass hinges. A great storage option for a desk, dresser, shelf or table.
A handy storage option for jewellery, office paraphenalia, any small keepsakes or trinkets or a useful valet for everyday accessories.
Our designs come boxed in reclaimed cardboard and wrapped in kraft paper, tied with raffia ribbon.
