Handmade in Australian stoneware, this garlic and ginger grater quickly turns fresh garlic, ginger, turmeric or chilli into a smooth paste with just a few circular strokes. The raised hand-carved surface does the hard work, while the shallow dish catches the juices, making it easy to add straight to your cooking.

Finished with celadon glazes, the firing softened into gentle sea glass blue-green tones that bring a touch of the coast to the kitchen. This grater is carved, glazed and fired thoughtfully, so every grater has its own subtle variations in colour and character.
