Handmade Crochet Wrist Cuffs.

I crocheted these cuff for people with Alzheimer's because when my mother was suffering from this horrible disease I noticed that she was constantly looking for something to touch.

These unique handmade crochet wrist cuffs feature beautiful layers of textures.

I use Ribbons, Buttons, Shinny beads and different types of yarn to create a textured cuff to help with anxiety as a sensory or grounding tool. Running fingers over the cuff can help shift focus to a calmer place. The beads can be spun around, the ribbon is long so loops can be pulled through and the bobble stitch can be po[[ed back and forward.

As there is beads on the cuff, this is not recommended for children under 3 years of age.

Made using acyrlic yarn the cuff is machine washed.
