This small handmade, wheel-thrown ceramic garlic grater is a beautiful and practical addition to any kitchen. Crafted from stoneware clay and finished in a soft turquoise glaze, it features a textured spiral surface designed to easily grate fresh garlic, ginger, or spices.
Simply rub a clove of garlic over the raised pattern to create a fine paste, then use the small pouring lip to add olive oil or transfer the mixture directly into your cooking. Alternatively use as a bread dipping dish as the oil is infused with the grated garlic / ginger.

Each piece is individually handmade in my home studio in Copacabana, NSW, giving every grater its own unique character and subtle variations.
