This smocked dresses is made from a pretty cotton teal fabric is

smartly styled with a traditional flair- perfect for special occasions such as family photos, birthday parties or just to make your girl feel like a princess.

The dress is carefully gathered and smocked using my sewing machine to provide a finish which reflects hand smocking.

Finishing touches include:

*Hand embroidered Peter Pan collar

*Puff sleeves

*Lined bodice

*Back button closure

*Full gathered skirt

*Back ties at the make a lovely bow which allows for a nice fit for differing waist sizes.

Each collar is hand-embroidered by me individually, making every dress truly one of a kind. Because I stitch each piece by hand and intuitively respond to the fabric, slight variations may occur from dress to dress. These subtle differences are part of the charm and reflect the unique character of handmade work.
