This outfit comprises of the Dress and Ruffled Collar.
💎The Dress has a circus themed fabric on the shorter upper tier and Red/White Chevron Stripes on the lower layer matching the straps that secure with buttons at the back. The straps are adjustable with 2 buttons holes. The hemline has a gold ruffle and blue ricrac trim and at the back there is an elastic band with separate tabs allowing the top tier to open/shut for ease of fit.
💎The Ruffled Collar has 2 layers of fabric with a Cotton upper layer in red/white polka dots and a soft Voile grey/white under layer all tying at the back and is detachable.
