Handmade Process
Each cart is individually made to order by 143 Customs Woodwork in Chipping Norton, NSW.
The panels are individually measured, cut, prepared, edged and drilled before all fittings and hardware are installed.
Each cart is then assembled and checked to make sure everything fits together correctly before being packed down ready for collection or delivery.
Unlike mass-produced furniture, every cart is made specifically for your order.
Materials
The cart is constructed using 16mm moisture-resistant MDF in your selected finish.
A range of solid colours and timber-look finishes are available, allowing you to choose a combination that suits your business, branding or event setup.
The cart also includes durable hardware and locking caster wheels for easy movement when assembled.
Easy Tool-Free Assembly
One of the biggest benefits of this cart is the simple tool-free assembly system.
No drills, screwdrivers or other tools are required to assemble or dismantle the cart.
When your event is finished, the cart can be broken down into individual flat panels.

Care
Wipe clean with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry afterwards.
Avoid abrasive cleaners and excessive water.
As the cart is manufactured from MDF, it should be protected from prolonged exposure to water, rain and excessive moisture.
We recommend using the cart indoors or in appropriately covered event spaces.
