Beginning

"Beginning" Acrylic on canvas (102 x 76 x 4) Is the ending the beginning? Endings allow for death, grief and sorrow. Beginnings allow for transformation, re birth and choice.  Do you choose to begin again, or stay wrapped up with the death of the past? Do you choose beginnings or become a slave to the past? Do you choose beginnings or endings?  You get to choose.  The background of this painting is green with thick yellow lines, which represent being cut by the endings. The lines are thick and there is no logic to the pattern, as there is no logic to the endings.  The colours that lay over the top, represent joy, hope, love, happiness, and re birth.  Yes, you can do both. You can feel the deep cuts of the endings, of the deaths in life, and you can also find happiness and joy amongst the endings
