Baby Cot Quilt Vintage Sheets Upcycled

Upcycled baby quilts are a wonderful way to create something special for little ones and are the perfect gift idea. Each of these four quilts have been crafted using upcycled vintage sheets and fabric to transform them into cozy and unique quilts that are both functional and sustainable. They are more than just a blanket to welcome a new baby into the world, they will make a cherished family item to be enjoyed through the generations.

2x baby quilts are blue floral with blue/purple on reverse side. Both of these quilts are made with flannelette sheets and are very soft.
1x baby quilt is pink floral with yellow/pink on reverse side.
1x baby quilt is yellow floral mix both sides.

Each quilt measure 95cm x 70cm, perfect for use as a small quilt, throw or picnic rug.

I take great joy in upcycling vintage fabrics, transforming them into fresh, functional pieces that carry a sense of history. It’s a rewarding process that combines creativity and sustainability, allowing me to create beautiful items that not only stand out but also celebrate the charm of the past. Plus, knowing that these materials are being repurposed rather than discarded makes each piece even more special. It’s a way to honour the artistry of vintage textiles while contributing to a more sustainable future.
