Description
Carefully handcrafted from beautiful Tasmanian Myrtle with side walls made from Tasmanian Blackwood, to provide a little contrast in the finger-joints, this box design is longer than the smallest size in our little treasure boxes range and a similar width.
The fine finger-joints are created by individual saw cuts to produce each finger and a correlating groove. The interior of our boxes are attentively hand sanded and the exterior is linished multiple times in a graded process, to ensure a smooth, pleasing to touch finish. Air sprayed applications of multiple coats of premium, clear lacquer help to protect and preserve the finish while still retaining the natural beauty of the timber colour. The finely shaped lid is attached with a pair of quality concealed brass hinges. Great for storing small keepsakes, accessories, flash drives etc.
