Named Aurelia, meaning golden, this lamp is all about the contrast between raw clay and soft light.

Half glazed and half left beautifully raw, the natural clay brings an earthy, tactile feel, while the glazed section adds a little warmth and glow. When lit, the light moves across the different surfaces, highlighting all the little variations that make it unique.

It’s not perfectly symmetrical, and it’s not meant to be. There are marks, variations and imperfections from the making process — the evidence of hands, clay and a real piece of pottery.
