Natural sand and aggregate mix of various sizes will result in tonal differences along with unique variations in colour and texture - some pieces may have a finer textural feel to the touch while other pieces may feel coarser.

Subtle imperfections such as scuff, scratch marks and air bubbles may also be present which are all a natural part of the materials used and handmade process.
