Shipping Policy
Ready to ship in 3-5 (business days)
Ships out using: Australia Post
Tracking code provided upon shipment (if applicable)
Delivery Times: 3-14 business days (Australia); 10-25 business days (International)
Delivery Timeframes are approximate Australia Post timeframes and may vary due to customs, weather events, or postal delays.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
- Once your parcel is lodged with Australia Post, delivery times are outside my control.
- If your parcel is significantly delayed, I can assist with lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
- Refunds for lost parcels follow Australia Post’s investigation outcomes.
Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
- I am not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
- If the parcel is returned to me, reshipping costs will apply.
Non‑Delivery / “Marked as Delivered” Issues
- If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact Australia Post directly.
- I will assist where possible, but I cannot issue refunds for parcels marked as delivered.
Holiday / Peak Season Delays
- Delivery times may be longer during November–January due to Australia Post holiday volumes.
Communication
- I aim to respond to messages within 24–48 hours (business days).

Packaging
- Items are packaged securely to ensure safe delivery.
Returns, Refunds & Customer Care Policy
Physical Items
- Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Any loss in value caused by damage, wear, or improper packaging during return transit may be deducted from the refund.
- Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Digital Items (Instant Downloads)
- Due to the nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final. Digital files cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
- Instant downloads become available once payment is confirmed.
- If you experience any issues accessing your files, or if something appears incorrect, please contact me and I’ll help resolve it promptly.
Custom Orders
- Custom or personalised items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or with an error on my part.
- If there is a problem with a custom order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery so I can assist.
Order Issues & Damaged Items
- If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
- I will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Cancellations
- Physical item orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Digital items and custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun or files have been delivered.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
- Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in their country.
- I am not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
