I want you to be happy with your purchase but if something isn't right or you change your mind please contact me first within 7 days. If a refund or exchange is arranged the item will need to be returned in its original condition within 7 days for a full refund less shipping. Return shipping is the buyers responsibility.
Due to the delicacy of some of my creations, postal delivery is not advised or offered. Some of the more delicate items will be offered in Brisbane area only, where I can deliver personally or item can be collected from my address.
