I sometimes use the middle offcuts from my \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/madeit.com.au\/collections\/spoon-gal\/products\/wooden-bangle\" target=\"_blank\"\u003ebangles\u003c\/a\u003e as well, if they are deep enough. I sand these forms down to 400 grit, so that they are buttery soft to the touch, as well as cylindrical and straight; and then drill a 38mm diameter hole in the top to accommodate a tea light candle.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThese middle offcuts have a pilot hole which I then fill with brass rod to give just another touch of class to these candle holders.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eBecause each of the original \"holey vessels\" I make are different timbers, different depths and different diameters, every candle holder is unique.
