This stylish bag has a sophisticated vintage-inspired shape. The classic grey Prince of Wales fabric was cut from a Winter skirt and features small lines of navy blue. The base is made from navy upholstery fabric given to me by a friend and is a remnant from an upholstery business.
The asymmetrical flap closes with a magnetic snap. The button showcased on the front is a classic navy coat button.
It is lined with a beautifully patterned fabric cut from a business shirt. There is a simple double slip pocket on the inside front wall.
Size: 33cm across the bottom and 29cm across the top. 26cm high and 7cm front to back across the bottom. The long adjustable strap (up to 130cm long) means that you can wear the bag at whatever height best suits you.
This bag was made using the Sedgeford Bag pattern by Charlie's Aunt Sewing Patterns designed by Emma Brennan.
