It's a traditional art that now survives only through small makers. Use soft, slightly damp cloth for cleaning when necessary, then pat dry and store in a dry place, preferably out of direct sunlight. The delicate patina could be disturbed by intense rubbing and buffing so please treat your jewellery gently. Best stored in a bag or a pouch to protect it from dust and scratches, or from scratching other jewellery.
