It keeps your blades sharper for much longer and stops the board from getting deep, ugly scars.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e• \u003cstrong\u003eBuilt to last:\u003c\/strong\u003e I use Titebond III glue because it’s the gold standard for food\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003esafety and water resistance. It’s a solid, heavy board (3.\u003cu\u003e\u003ca href=\"http:\/\/3.cm\/\" target=\"_blank\"\u003e4 cm\u003c\/a\u003e\u003c\/u\u003e thick) that won’t slide around while you’re working.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e• \u003cstrong\u003eNatural Finish:\u003c\/strong\u003e I’ve finished this with food-grade mineral oil and a local\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ebeeswax polish.
