The cups are then bisque fired in a kiln before a coloured glaze is gently poured inside the cup \u0026amp; brushed around the exterior. The following day their rims are dipped into a white glaze to create and interesting overlap around the exterior, as well as a beautiful foaming finish on the interior rim. It is then fired in a kiln, a 2nd time, to a temperature over 1200C degrees.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe maker's thumb print makes this cup easy to hold.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePerfect for a short black espresso, or generous alcoholic shot tumbler.
