It keeps your blades sharper for much longer and stops the board from getting deep, ugly scars.\u003c\/li\u003e\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eBuilt to last:\u003c\/strong\u003e I use Titebond III glue because it’s the gold standard for food safety and water resistance. It’s a solid, heavy board (3.5cm thick) that won’t slide around while you’re working.\u003c\/li\u003e\u003c\/ul\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eNatural Finish:\u003c\/strong\u003e I’ve finished this with food-grade mineral oil and a local beeswax polish.
