This vintage styled long sleeved smocked dress in a pretty Liberty fabric is perfect for a first birthday or other special occasions such as family photos and birthday parties.
With a traditional flair the dress is made of beautiful medium weight cotton, ideal for layering in the cooler months.
The Liberty cotton fabric drapes beautifully which makes this dress comfortable to wear –it gentle machine washable.
The dress is carefully gathered and smocked using my sewing machine to provide a finish which reflects hand smocking.
Finishing touches include:
*a carefully hand embroidered peter pan collar
*gathered sleeves
*back button closure
*generous back ties to enable a lovely bow and adjustment to make
a perfect fit for little girls of varying waist sizes.
