This listing is for a lovingly handmade dress up rag doll and her outfit as pictured. She is a premade item and is ready to ship from Melbourne Australia. Lots of time and care go into selecting combinations of fabric, hairstyles, clothes and shoes so that she not only looks gorgeous but is one of a kind.

The rag doll measures 40cm (16”) tall from head to toe and is soft and cuddly, making her a wonderful childhood companion. Her face is embroidered using cotton thread, and she is made with 100% cotton fabric, minky and fibre fill. Underneath her clothes she features sweet white cotton underwear with lace detailing.

The rag doll’s outfit is removable so your little one can interact with her by dressing her and changing her clothes. The doll comes complete with her dress, bow and shoes which are made using 100% cotton fabric, felt and elastic. Care has been taken when sewing the clothes so that they are neatly finished and will last through hours of play. The rag doll is dressed and ready to gift, however you may wish to build her wardrobe by purchasing additional outfits. Please see my other listings for a range of clothes that your little one can mix and match. All of the outfits feature either Velcro closures or elastic to make them suitable for little fingers.

Dolls are an important learning tool for children, encouraging them to use their imaginations, while developing their social, emotional and language skills. This set will allow your little one to role play, and in doing so practice empathy, responsibilty, caring and nuturing.

This doll has been made using a Dolls and Daydreams pattern and lots of love. She is designed to be played with and will be treasured forever.

Please note that the shoes and hair bows are small parts which may be unsuitable for small children. Supervised play is recommended, and you may wish to remove these parts before gifting the doll to children under the age of three.
