Description

I made this mosaic wall art by carving a heart into a piece of reclaimed timber panel from my old Australian hardwood fence, then I mosaiced it with pretty colourful stained glass pieces. A beautiful gift, or just for you.Hang it inside or in a sheltered position outside to brighten a corner of your world! This a finished piece and you will receive this exact work as pictured, has a hook on the back for hanging. Timber is 18.5cm x 9cmThe heart is 7cm x 6.5cmUnlike painted glass, the vibrant colours of stained glass will never fade, and the way light bounces off the colourful surfaces can’t be matched with any other medium. This one of a kind mosaic is in my studio, ready to be shipped. I love creating quirky, interesting and one of a kind pieces, all my work is handcrafted by myself in my home studio.I've been working with stained glass for almost 20 years and take great pride in my art, I always work to a professional standard and use only the highest quality materials. I have the most beautiful colours by handpicking every sheet of glass myself from a local Sydney supplier, and use recycled glass from old windows when I can.If you'd like to see more of my work please visit my shop https://madeit.com.au/Main/Store?storeId=25123&userId=141437THINGS TO KNOW* I welcome questions, so please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any.*Your item will be safely packaged into a box for delivery, comes with an information sheet and is wrapped suitably for gift-giving* Please read FAQ on the home page for returns policy* Please note everything is handmade and therefore comes with its own imperfections and unique character.*I do my best to show colours but due to variations in computer monitors, there will be variations in colour depending on monitor settings and lighting.*All measurements are within 1 cm of the listing provided.
