Once fired and cooled I apply two layers of pale blue to the front and fire until fused to the copper base. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFor the next firing I’ve added a mix of glass lumps in shades of blue and green and also some crackle lumps, sprinkling a light beige transparent enamel powder on top then fired again at 800 degrees. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFinally I apply gold enamel paint around the edges of each earring and fired for the final time. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEach earring measures 2cm long x1.5cm wide \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe total drop length from the top of the ear hook to the bottom of the earring is 3.5cm long \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe ear hooks are made from Argentium silver \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e*Argentium silver is hypoallergenic and low tarnish \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e*Argentium is certified 100% recycled. \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e*These earrings are made from recycled copper and enamel \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003e🎁 If your purchase is a gift for someone special I can send it to the recipient accompanied by a card with note inside.
