The discipline, now called \u003cem\u003eArt for Expression and a Better Life\u003c\/em\u003e comprises two parts: the first is play, practice and exploration in sketchbooks; and the second involves reflecting and refining contents of my sketchbook into finished art pieces.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eAn AuDHDer in my 50s, I'm too too lucky to have found a peace and contentment with art making such that I have never known before.
