Store Policies

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Australian customers can also contact me regarding direct debit option. Please make payment within 7 days of purchase, after which order will be automatically cancelled and item returned for sale.

Items will be dispatched via Australia Post. Please allow 5-10 working days from payment being received for dispatch (although I do endeavour to send them sooner if possible) unless otherwise advised such as where more fabric needs to be ordered to complete your hat order or during busy periods or Holiday Closures- my store front will advise of any such delays.

Regular post will be used unless an alternative option is chosen.. Please see Australia Post for information on shipping times from Perth to your address. Postage costs will be combined wherever possible. Items will be packed safely and securely for shipping however I am not responsible for any breakages or damage incurred during shipping.

Unfortunately I don't offer a refund or exchange because you change your mind or order the wrong size so please choose carefully. To ensure you order the correct size please use the head measurements provided. Refunds will only be given where quality of workmanship is deemed to be poor and I am notified within 3 days of you receiving your order. Item must be returned in original condition.

Please note that hats purchased will use the same fabrics as those pictured however the exact placement of pattern may vary to that of the picture. Every effort is made to provide the best use of the fabric pattern as possible.
To care for your hat use a warm hand wash and a good press as required to keep the brim in shape or to help return it to shape.
