Store Policies

I do not refund for change of mind unless you notify me within 2 hours after purchase that you no longer wish to buy.

I do not take responsibility for your item being lost or damaged during transport. I take great care and thoroughly pack your item as best as I can for it to arrive to you in good condition but unfortunately there are some deliverers out there that do not handle with care.

You must report damaged items within 2 days of receiving your items in order to receive a replacement, repair or credit. A clear photo of the damage parcel and item must be supplied so a claim can be made. If no photo is provided, no replacement will be made.

If you have any concerns with your item, please contact me as I am more than happy to help you out to resolve any issues.

Contact and payment is required within 3 days unless other arrangements are made with me. If I don't hear from you after 3 days, I will send a friendly reminder email and you have 48hrs to respond, if I don't hear from you, the item will be immediately relisted for sale.

I ship to the address that shows up on your order. It is your responsibility to make sure you have the correct info on your account. There will be no refunds or replacements for items going to the wrong address. Please make sure your address is correct before you submit your order.

Once payment has been cleared, I will post your item out within 1-3 working days. I normally post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Depending on Australia Post delivery times, please allow between approx. 3-14 working days within Australia and International post may take longer depending where you are and allow up to 14-42 working days.

All shipping within Australia will be via Registered Post (For Pendants) or Parcel Post (For Gem Trees) that includes extra cover and signature on delivery.

If you have a large order please ask for a quote.

Currently I have put International shipping on hold for my Made It store, due to rise in shipping cost and the current world wide pandemic. If you are an International buyer and see an item you would like, please send me a message and I can work out a postage cost for you and custom invoice.

All Postage may include some handling and packing which I round off to the nearest dollar.

Please understand I try to keep cost to a minimum and things do add up such as postal box, bubble wrap, wrapping paper, cards, tape and petrol to the post office etc... and I do not charge for everything so if you see that the cost of postage is different on your parcel to what I charged you, do understand I did not charge you for everything and if I did, actual postage would be way more.

Please note that the colors on photos may vary slightly due to different computer settings/photography lighting and I try to match the color as best as I can.
