Store Policies

Each items is hand-made in my workshop in Sydney CBD. Items with gemstones and pearls may have slight variation from the photo as I only use genuine natural gemstones & pearls, they are each unique in their own right and may show slight variation in shape, colour or inclusions / markings. I hope that, like me, you will appreciate these marks as the signature of a natural material and hand-made jewellery.


All prices and costs listed are in Australian Dollars.

Payment can be made securely through Paypal using your debit or credit card even if you do not have a Paypal account!

Payment must be made within 3 days of purchase. The order will be canceled if I have not heard anything from you within 1 week.


All items are carefully packaged to prevent any damage occurring while in transit but I cannot take responsibility for loss or damage.

All my jewellery is sent in an open gift wrap in the form of a jewellery pouch or box (depending on which is more appropriate) placed in a paper gift bag.

Standard Australia Parcel Post is my default option as it is trackable for your peace of mind. Signature on Delivery & Express post are also available on each listing.

Insurance for the parcel is NOT included in any of the 3 postage options offered. Please contact me if this is required and will be calculated & added to the listing for the current Australia Post insurance costs.

For any custom orders please contact me with the details.
Please note that a custom size ring can take 2 to 3 weeks to be handmade.
Custom orders are not refundable as they are on of a kind item made to your specifications.


Please contact me so I can get the correct shipping cost for your country and adjust the listing accordingly.

I am based in Australia and it may take 3 weeks or longer for the parcel to arrive in your local Customs office.

Customs regulations vary widely between countries so please check with your relevant authority as I cannot accept responsibility for any refusal of entry, fees or taxes. Any parcel returned to me from Customs in its original condition will be refunded minus shipping costs.


If you are not happy with your purchase please contact me within 10 days of receiving your parcel to exchange it or get a refund. Refunds minus shipping costs will be issued as soon as I have received your undamaged item back in its original condition.
