REFUNDS
I am happy to refund if buyer is unhappy however buyer must pay for return post and the item must be in as new condition. In the event of an exchange, the buyer has to pay the postage for the returned item and also for the new item to be sent.and I will not be responsible for loss or damage caused to the item during post. I do place a do not bend sticker on all of my packaging but once it leaves my hands I am not responsible for any damage the post makes

SHIPPING
I will ship the item within 1-2 days once payment has cleared

WITHIN AUSTRALIA
If the item is ordered on the weekend I will ship on the next business day
Please allow up to 6 days to receive your item due to Australia Posts new delivery times. I will ship via Australia post if you would like registered or express post i am happy to do that at buyers expense please let me know before you pay if that is what you require.
I am not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged goods posted through Australia Post
Unfortunately sometimes Aussie Post can be delayed so please keep this in mind.

INTERNATIONAL
Please allow up to 14- 21 days for your order to arrive. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. If you would like insurance on your parcel there is a shipping upgrade available at check out.
