Store Policies


Payment required within 48 hours.

For unpaid items, we reserve the right to relist the items.

The items cannot be released and dispatched until the payment has been received in full, including any additional payments for packaging, delivery, courier or postage etc. 

Payment Methods:

Bank Transfer. We prefer bank transfer for all transactions in Australia. Please contact us for our bank details. 

PayPal. We accept PayPal payments. Please contact us for our PayPal details.

Shipping and Postage:

All items will be shipped / sent using Australia Post or its agents. Please contact us for relevant rates and shipping methods. The amounts quoted in the shop are estimates, and the actual amount may vary slightly at the time of sale.

Loss or damage waiver. We are not liable for any loss or damage once your item has been transferred to Australia Post and once a receipt or tracking number has been issued. Any loss or damage incurred during the shipping process is a matter between the customer and Australia Post or its agents. Australia Post offer optional insurance (i.e. registered Post), which we strongly recommend and which we can organise at the time of shipping at an additional cost.

International Shipping. We can organise international shipping and postage outside of Australia. The customer is responsible for any local taxes and import duties associated with shipping outside of Australia.

Discount for Multiple Purchases. Where possible, we will always try to offer a discount for shipping multiple items purchased from us, to the same postal address. 

Returns, Exchange and Refunds:

All sales are final. Exchange or refund only on defective items or incorrect deliveries. 

Any claim for exchange or refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

Any items returned for exchange or refund, must be in original unused condition with the original packaging.  The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and postage charges.

Loss or damage during shipping does not warrant an exchange or refund. 

Our liability is strictly limited to the price paid for the item, excluding any shipping or postage charges.
