Terms & Conditions

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange or refund your purchases should the item not fit, providing that they meet the following criteria:
 

All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Please notify by emailing us at orders@magapi.com.au to make arrangements. Please include a copy of your original invoice and provide relevant contact details in case we need to speak to you regarding your return
All items must be returned in the original condition, with tags still attached. m’agapi reserves the right to refuse a return if we suspect that it has been worn or disrespected.
You are responsible for the cost of getting the return back to us. If you are requesting an exchange we will cover the cost of postage to get the item replaced to you.
m’agapi will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit on their return to us should you choose not to insure your return.

DELIVERY
Your order will be sent once payment has been received. You will receive a confirmation email stating your approximate delivery time. We pride ourselves on detail; therefore your order will be packed with attention and love.
At the moment we are only able to send orders within Australia using AustPost Regular/Express Post or FastWay Courier depending on your location. You should receive your items within 1-3 working day, depending on your location. It is advised for someone to be home to receive your parcel, otherwise why not have your order sent to your work place?
Please note Express Post is not classified as registered post. Lost or stolen items are not covered and are at the risk of the purchaser.
 
ACCEPTED PAYMENT OPTIONS
m’agapi accepts PayPal, and Bank Deposit upon request. We reserve the right to refuse a payment should the payment method be considered fraudulent, and to take reasonable steps to ensure that your purchase is secure and safe.
