Store Policies

Preferred payment is with PayPal: paypal@artfromwonderland.com or Bank deposit (bank details will be advised directly to you). Australian buyers can also purchase by cheque (please contact me for postal address).Thank you.

For postage, I mostly use Australian Post's Click and Send service, which offers flat rate shipping for up to 500g and 3kg parcels. For packaging, I use recyclable materials as much as possible, to keep cost minimal, without compromising the service. I do NOT charge fee for handling, just shipping cost.
Shipping of the candles and artwork requires a comfortable size box to allow space for padding and reduce the possibility of a breakage.
Artwork can also be picked up from southern suburbs in Adelaide, South Australia, or by arrangement. Feel free to contact me to organise the collection and save yourself a postage expense :-)
Your item will be shipped within 1-2 working days after receiving full payment.

Exchange or refund is available for items damaged during shipping. You will be asked to provide proof/photograph of item being damaged to negotiate refund or exchange. Lost items can be refunded only if they have been shipped with registered (tracked) post. For any other instances, feel free to contact me and i will do my best to come to an agreement with you. This is not a mass business, and I personally respond to all emails.

All international parcels are sent via Australia post or Pack and Send courier. Unfortunately, Australia post does not provide tracking services. It usually takes between 1-4 weeks to receive international parcel. If you need an urgent delivery, feel free to contact me and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
