Store Policies

I take pride in hand-making all my goods from scratch and making most of them to order so you get a very fresh product, potent and effective. If you experience any kind of sensitivity to natural products, or have sensitive skin, I encourage you to do a patch test with any product to ensure your satisfaction using it. If any product causes irritation and is unusable I will gladly exchange it for a product of the same amount or refund the product amount in full. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Bulk Orders - I am happy to organise bulk orders for weddings, naming days, and all other kinds of ceremonies. Even if you'd like to do your Christmas or end of year shopping with me I can help you customise large and small gift sets to suit your budget. Bulk orders are payable in full once details are settled and before shipping. Samples can be ordered for nominal cost prior to settling on certain blends/scents etc.

Payment— MEM accepts payment via PayPal where you can use your credit card of choice, or I will arrange a Bank Transfer with you if you prefer Direct Debit. Local pick up is available,...please contact me to organize this. Payment in full is required before delivery of goods.

Shipping Details
I endeavour to get you the most correct postage I can and will refund excess postage charges if applicable...here are the guidelines:
Australia wide parcel delivery is $7.50 to $9.00 for parcels up to 500g, and approximately $13 for parcels over 500g and up to 3kg.
Standard delivery times are 3 to 5 working days. Express Shipping is available.
Overseas delivery is approximately $14.50 for parcels up to 500g—Standard delivery is 10 to 14 working days. Orders over this weight will have postage calculated and a separate amount invoiced.

I make orders up usually during the day they arrive in my inbox and endeavour to have orders dispatched within 2 working days.
MEM is not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers...that’s out of my hands.
MEM is not responsible for breakages or damages during delivery. Please ask me to insure your order if this is a possible source of concern for you.

Exchange and Refund Details
I want you to be totally happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact me to discuss your concerns. I cannot accept returns on bespoke products or products that have had more than 20% used. If you have sensitivities please do a patch test before commencing use of the product. Your health is your responsibility and that’s a valuable thing :) so don’t give it away to someone else...

To organize a return please contact me as soon as possible, up to 1 week from obtaining delivery of your order. Products after this time period will be unreturnable. All labels must be intact and have at least 80% of the product unused. Your returned products need to be sent back in reliable packaging with undamaged boxing or gift bags (if applicable). I cannot accept returns that are damaged or damaged in transit. Thank you.
