Store Policies

Payment is available through Paypal, as well as direct deposit. If you prefer to use direct deposit, just contact us when you have made your purchase, and we will send through our details!

All items will be sent through Australia Post, and will be mailed within two days of the payment being processed. Each purchase will be packaged with love and care, with the aim that it will arrive in perfect condition. If you have any issues with the delivery of your item/s, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve those issues.

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on items if you have just changed your mind about your purchase from our store, so please make sure that you look at the item carefully before you decide on purchasing. If the item arrives and there is a problem with it, please contact us within 48 hours of your item being received, so that we can discuss those concerns with you.

We have both 'ready to ship' and 'made to order' items in our store, so please look closely at the listing before purchasing. If there is something in our store that you are needing urgently, please let us know.
