Store Policies

Welcome to Pebble Lane Studio
Thank you for visiting the Pebble Lane Studio.  We would appreciate if you review our store policies prior to purchasing. 
We accept Paypal for Australian and International Customers, and Direct Debit for Australian Customers only.
Please note that if your payment is made by E-Check (PayPal), your order will not be posted / processed until the E-Check has cleared into our account.
Ready to Ship Items
Payments need to be made for these items within 3 days of purchase, or the item will be relisted. If you cannot make payment within this time period, please contact us via email (orders@pebblelanestudio.com.au) to discuss reserving the listing.
Custom Orders 
Payments need to be made for these items within 7 days of the purchase, or the item will be relisted. Custom orders will be completed upon payment being received.
Please note that custom orders may take 2 - 3 weeks to complete. Once your order is received, we will email you and provide a timeline for completion of your order.
All orders will be shipped via regular Australis Post. If you would like your order sent via registered or express post, please note this when purchasing and I will advise you of the cost and adjust the invoice accordingly.
Ready to Ship items will be posted within 3 days of payment being received. Custom orders will be shipped upon completion.
I will email you on the day your purchase is posted to confirm it has been shipped. For custom orders I will email you a photo of the completed product.
Please allow up to 4 weeks (20 working days) for delivery of orders within Australia. Please note that once an item is posted, I will not take responsibility for it being lost or damaged. Items will not be replaced if they are misplaced by Australia Post.
I am happy to combine postage (where applicable) to minimise costs.
International customers - We are happy to ship internationally. Please email us at info@pebblelanestudio.com.au with you location details and we will calculate postage costs. Please note you will be responsible for the payment of any relevant customs or duties costs.
Product Care
All materials are prewashed prior to construction. All items are constructed of 100% cotton and are machine washable, on a gentle cold cycle, inside out.  Drip dry in the shade to avoid fading.  Hot iron (inside out for item with applique).
Refunds and Exchange
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with the purchase in any way and will can discuss a way to resolve the issue. Please feel to contact us if you have any queries in regard to your product once you receive it.
Please note that we will not refund or exchange custom applique orders, due to their personalised nature.  If the item is defective when it is received, please conact us to discuss.
