Store Policies

PAYMENT - Payment methods are Paypal or Direct Deposit.
All payments must be made within 48 hours of sale, otherwise the transaction will be cancelled and the item relisted.

POSTAGE - Syd and Me uses Australia Post. Items will be posted using standard post 1-3 business days after cleared payment is received.
I recommend that you choose the registered postage option. Many of my designs are one off creations so please understand that I would not be able to make a the exact same item as a replacement if your original purchase should go missing.
Syd and Me can not be responsible for delayed or missing parcels once they have been handed to Australia Post.

I use clean recycled boxes for packing where possible to help the environment.

If for some reason the postage calculated at checkout is substantially more than it should be, I will refund the additional amount to you.

FREE LOCAL - If you live locally in the township of Port Lincoln - you may choose to use the coupon code "local" and postage will not be charged at the checkout. I will contact you and arrange complimentary free delivery.

REFUNDS - Please choose carefully as refunds will not be provided for change of mind. In the event of a faulty item, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your purchase to organise the return of your item and a refund.

OTHER INFORMATION
Great care has been taken to photograph the colours true-to-life, however please allow some variation between what you see on screen and what you see in real life.
