Store Policies

Thank you for visiting my shop! All items have been created with care by me. Materials used include new (e.g. fabric, glue, cardstock) and vintage items (e.g. tea towels, fabric, books). I enjoy trying new things and coming up with new ideas so many items are what I would term "limited edition" or one of a kind.

Please make your payment within 3 days of your purchase. Payment must be made in full and have cleared before your purchase will be shipped.

I accept PayPal. Please note you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. Simply choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options; the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account.

I also accept direct bank transfer (Australian residents only). Please contact me if you want to use this method for banking details.

Your order will be shipped within 3 days of your payment clearing. I utilize Australia Post. Shipping costs do include packaging (e.g. boxes, bubble wrap) although I try to recycle packaging if possible. If you would like insurance, express post or registered post please let me know and I will adjust your invoice.

Refunds and Exchanges
I do want you to be happy with your purchase. If your purchase arrives damaged please contact me immediately and you can return it within 10 days for a full refund, or exchange it for a new item if appropriate. Otherwise all sales are considered final. However, if there is a problem of any sort please let me know and I will do my best to rectify the issue.
