Store Policies

PayPal is my prefered method of payment however i am happy to discuss other payment methods if you do not have an email address. Please make payment within 4 days or your item will be relisted.
Regular Australia Post.
Express or registered post can be arranged if needed. Registered post is recommended so please contact me before ordering to arrange this. I DO NOT take responsibility for lost parcels. Please note i post from a rural area.
Your item will be posted to you as soon as payment is received, when using paypal payment is received almost instantly. Direct deposit can be slow and your items will not be posted or custom orders sewn up until funds are cleared in my account. Only when funds are cleared in MY account will i begin sewing your order.

I can not be held responsible for taxes and custom bills you may be charged in your country. Please make yourself aware of these charges before ordering.

Please ask plenty of questions if you are unsure about anything as there are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or custom orders. Almost all my patterns are designed from scratch by me so sizing is a guide only. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me before leaving feedback and we can discuss a refund or exchange.
