Store Policies

~ Payment ~
Payment is expected on check out. If payment isn't received within 48 hours and other arrangements haven't been made the item will be relisted. I'm always happy to be flexible so please contact me within 48 hours if you need longer. Payment must be received before I will ship an item, and PayPal is the only accepted method of payment.

~ Shipping ~
Domestic shipping is through Australia Post, standard postage and includes the cost of packaging. If you require registered post or prefer some other method, please contact me to arrange details.

International prices can vary considerably, so please contact me for a personalised quote before purchasing an item.

~ Refunds ~
Sorry, no refunds for change of mind and shipping costs are non-refundable. Clear descriptions and images are provided. Please read carefully before purchasing and feel free to contact me if you would like any more information about any item listed.

If there are any issues with the item being faulty or the wrong item arriving, please contact me within 30 days of sale to arrange an exchange/repair. Pieces are one of a kind, so an exact replacement often won't be possible but repair may be.
