Payment-
Australian Customers - Paypal or Direct Deposit.
International Customers - Paypal only.


Shipping-
I pack all my items with extreme care. Prints etc are posted in strong cardboard mailers or tubes depending on the size of the print. I want my work to reach you, my customer, in the same lovely condition that they leave me!
Combining Purchases- Some items can be combined nicely to save on postage... Please message me for a quote on combined shipping if you are thinking of purchasing more than one item.
Australian Customers- I ship items within 1 - 3 days after the purchase. If for any reason there is a delay, I will let you know asap. Shipping will be by regular post. Shipping costs for some items will include registered post and insurance. Please read the description of each item for specific details. If reg post is not automatically included, you may request it by messaging me before making payment. *Please note that I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items if no registered post/insurance was requested. Thank you for understanding! Shipping within Australia usually takes approx 3 to 7 working days.
International Customers- I ship items within 1 - 3 days after the purchase. If for any reason there is a delay, I will let you know asap. Worldwide shipping is via Airmail. Some items will automatically include insurance in the shipping cost but please check the description of each item for specific details. If insurance is not already included, you may request this. Please message me for a quote prior to purchase. Please note that insurance may not be available to some destinations. Airmail shipping usually takes approx 6 to 15 working days depending on the destination. *Please note that I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items if no insurance was requested*

Refunds & Exchanges-
* I put much love, passion and a teensy bit of 'me' into my creations and I want all my customers to adore their purchases as much as I loved creating them. If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, please email me as soon as possible so we can have a chat about it. People seem to think I'm quite nice... I definitely don't bite and I'm sure we can work something out.
* I am unable to refund or exchange for items damaged or lost in transit. I do offer (and encourage) registered post for Australian customers and insurance for International customers, however, if you do not request this, I am unable to help if anything goes wrong.
* I'm sorry but there are no refunds on commissioned work. Once the customer has approved the final photographs of the commissioned item, the sale is considered final.
