Store Policies

Payment is appreciated within 3 days of the sale. Please contact me to make other arrangements before buying an item.

Items will be posted when payment has been cleared. I recommend using Registered or Express Post if you want to be able to track your items. Multiple items will be posted in the most economical way possible for you. This may mean individual items are posted in separate parcels or I combine them into one parcel. Any excess postage you pay will be refunded. Please ensure you have the correct postal address listed when doing checkout. If a parcel is returned to me due to an incorrect address, you will be required to pay postage costs again.
Regular Post is now 4-7 day delivery time frame through Australia Post. If you would like your items sooner than this, I would suggest using Express Post to guarantee delivery sooner.

International Shipping
I am happy to post anywhere in the world, please ask me for a quote as prices vary. The price quoted on my listings is the maximum amount it will cost. If this is more than it actually costs I will happily refund the difference back to you.

Refunds & Exchanges
I am happy to refund or exchange if the item you have bought is faulty or not the right size. The refund will be for the price of the item only, not including postage and you will need to arrange the return to me. A replacement item or refund will only be given on receipt of the original items. I do not offer refunds if you change your mind about the purchase.
Refunds are not available on custom orders or swimwear, unless there is a fault with the item.
