Store Policies

Thankyou for visiting my store, Two Cheeky Monkeys!
Each item is handmade by me at my pet-free and smoke-free home in Melbourne, Australia.

Do you see something you like but would prefer it in a different colour scheme? Or would you like the length of necklaces or bracelets to be adjusted? Just contact me and I will try to meet your requirements as best as I can. Sterling silver and gold vermeil ear hooks are also available for earrings at an extra cost. Please contact me if you would like this option.

Or did you see something you liked but it has already sold? Contact me and I will see if I have more in stock!

Payment
For Australian buyers I accept payment via both PayPal (credit card) or direct deposit into my bank account. If you wish to pay using direct deposit, please contact me asking for direct deposit details. PayPal (credit card) is the only form of payment accepted from international (non-Australian) buyers.
Payment is expected at the time of purchase. I reserve the right to cancel the transaction if I do not receive payment within two (2) days of the purchase.

Shipping
All items will be shipped using Australia Post standard mail. I recommend using at least registered post for parcels over $20.
AUSTRALIAN buyers who spend over $100 instore and INTERNATIONAL buyers who spend over $150 instore (excludes shipping) will receive a free upgrade to registered post. Please note that I use a combination of recycled, upcycled and new packaging for all parcels.

I aim to post several times a week so that purchases can be received as speedily as possible. However, if I am sick, or an emergency arises, there may be a delay in shipping. I will try to notify customers of any delays in shipping as soon as possible. Please contact me if your package is taking an unusually long time to arrive.

The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duty or tax charged by your specific country. All international packages will be marked as merchandise, not gift. Purchases will only be shipped after payment has been finalised and will be posted to your Paypal address unless you leave me a message with an alternate address.

If your country is not listed in my shipping profile, please contact me and I will happily give you a postage quote.

Refunds and Exchanges
If, for some reason, you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me ASAP and I will do my best to resolve any issues. I cannot refund on items lost or damaged in transit. Returns will only be accepted if items are returned within 7 days of purchase and if they are obviously faulty. Refunds, less the cost of shipping, will be given once the items are returned.

Additional Policies and FAQs
Please note that the colours in photos may vary slightly from the actual item due to differences in computer monitors.

Please also note that items made with vintage components may show some wear, patina or other signs of aging. All items made with vintage components will state any signs of wear.
Items made with semi-precious gemstones may show slight differences between stones as these beads are sometimes hand carved.

While I strive to leave feedback for every customer, I do not do so until I know that your parcel has gotten to you safely.

Product tip: Please make sure to take extra care of your handmade jewellery. Items should not be worn in the shower or when swimming. It is also advisable not to wear your handmade jewellery to bed, when playing sport or undertaking outdoor activities like hiking/bushwalking.
