Custom Orders
Bold, delicate, classic, modern, vintage or chic, your jewellery is a personal statement that can communicate many things about who you are. I love to work directly with my customers to create the perfect piece that speaks to and for them. Contact me to find out more.

I accept payment via credit card or PayPal.
Direct deposit and Australia Post Money Orders are also available for Australian customers only.

Payment is required at the time of purchase. Your item will only be held for three days awaiting payment. If payment is not received by this time and you do not contact me, the transaction will be cancelled and the item re-listed. I am happy to combine postage for multiple purchases. Please contact me prior to payment for an adjusted postage quote.

Your item will dispatched to you within 48 hours of receipt of payment unless otherwise discussed.
No items will be posted on weekends or public holidays.

All items will be sent via Australia Post Regular Parcel Post as standard. Express Parcel Post is available by arrangement, and at the expense of the buyer. Fickle Fancies Jewellery takes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by Australia Post.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted if your item is damaged during transit, so please choose carefully. The item must be returned within 14 days for a refund of the purchase price. Postage costs cannot be refunded.
